It is pure love energy, channelled through the practitioners body to facilitate your healing. I hold space and channel the healing your soul is calling in at this time. Reiki awakens your body’s innate power to heal. I use various methods to align and keep your body and spirit in balance. Connect in with your intuition and feel into which service feels right for you or I can connect with your energy and ask what your soul is calling.

DISTANCE REIKI ENERGY BALANCE
Using Distance Reiki, Katherine connects to your energy via Zoom. This is just like an in person Reiki session. There is no time and space in the quantum field. You will receive the same beautiful healing as if you were face to face.

Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on clearing and balancing the chakras. When we talk about healing chakras it refers to treating your energetic body. The body is not only made up of the physical body but also an energy body.

A blockage in the energy flow of the chakras can lead to an imbalance and disharmony in our physical, mental and spiritual bodies. These disturbances can be caused by stress, trauma or a painful experience. If all of these chakras are balanced and clear your energy can flow freely and you will feel well and energised. When any of the chakras become blocked you can experience pain both emotionally and physically.

This healing brings the body’s Chakras back into alignment through Reiki healing, crystals and emotional clearing as guided... so that the energy flows again without disturbance.
