Using Distance Reiki Katherine connects to your energy via Zoom. This is just like an in person Reiki session. There is no time and space in the quantum field. You will receive the same beautiful healing as if you were face to face. This beautiful healing connects you back in alignment with your soul. Working with your chakras, aura and meridians to restore flow and balance to your energy field, awakening your bodies innate power to heal.  ​Healing includes working with crystals, essential oils, guided meditation, oracle cards, channelled messages, sound bowls and past life insight, as guided by spirit.  Ensure you have a place that you can lie down and relax without being disturbed, while receiving the healing. Its a lovely idea to diffuse some oils or play some soft relaxing music to create a zen vibe for your session.
