Reiki is a form of energy healing, connecting to the universal life force energy that flows through all living things. It is pure love energy, brought through the practitioners body to facilitate healing. Reiki practitioners have been attuned to receive this universal life force energy, or Chi, at a higher frequency and channel this energy.
The gift of Reiki is the feeling of being reconnected to your source, a feeling of 'coming home.' It gives you a sense of wholeness, where it's easy to love yourself and in doing so you will discover how easy loving the world around you is. It connects you to deeper parts of yourself, to your higher self or soul, a healing system that works on all levels... physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

USUI REIKI LEVELS
REIKI LEVEL 1
Usui Reiki Level 1 is the first level in Reiki Healing, introducing you to this beautiful loving healing energy.
What's included:

You will learn the basic definitions, principals and history of Reiki.

How to treat yourself and others in a clinic situation.

You receive 4 attunements given to each person to activate the Reiki.

Your energy centres will be opened to receiving the universal every at a higher frequency, so you can become a clear channel of the energy.

Lots of practice time for giving and receiving universal energy healing to each other.

Upon completion of all aspects, a certificate is awarded.

You receive a manual with all the information shared.

No prior experience needed.

REIKI LEVEL 2
The Reiki Level 2 energy initiates the student into the sacred symbols of Reiki and provides a framework for projecting the energy outside of the normal auric field of the body, connecting over time and space (distance reiki). Reiki Level 2 actively aids the practitioner in other areas of their general lives. The more you use this level of Reiki the more your connection grows and spiritual gift develop!
Reiki Level 2 uses symbols to activate the Universal Life Energy, these symbols are powerful; they are used to call on the higher self of a person, thing or situation. They are used to enhance and direct the Universal Life Energy we use, and are only passed from a Reiki Master to their student directly.

Reiki Level 3 is designed specifically for those who may not want to teach Reiki at this point, but who are interested enough to take Reiki to the final level of mastery.

REIKI KIDS
A Reiki Level 1 program designed especially for Kids.
Usui Reiki Level 1 is the first level in Reiki Healing, introducing kids to this beautiful loving healing energy.
Kids go through the same attunement process as adult Reiki level 1 however the workshop activities are designed for kids, with the intention for it be be fun as you learn. One of the parents should be Reiki level 1 certified to allow integration of the information into the everyday life in the family home.

This workshop is taught in 2 age groups - 7-10yrs & 11-14yrs.
Reiki Mentoring
Mentoring to assist in integration of your Reiki 1 - Master teachings, in 1-on-1 container to bring your Reiki practice to life. Creating your daily practice, going over and revising areas where you require clarification and practice to feel confident.
