This hectic time of year can have us spinning in circles at times. It easy to get caught in the chaos 🌪️ energy of the season. If you are finding this energy hard just know you are never alone. Your guides walk beside you. The power of creation is inside you and you are the master of your own frequency. Spiritual self devotion is so important right now. It needs to become as habitual as cleaning your teeth. It’s a self love practice 🩷

So if you are feeling called to, take a moment to be present. Here is a sample of what I say in these moment to ground 🌱 myself. “I am grounded into the Earth and anchored into the New Earth, I’m am filled with the light of source/creator. I cut any hooks, binds, ties or cords that no longer serve me and my highest good. I return any energy/emotion that doesn’t belong to you back to its point of origin with love. I call all my energy back to me. I am surrounded by a light of protection (allow your intuition to show you a colour)”

Today I celebrate this beautiful soul @healing.minds.and.wellness and what we have created together the past year. Beautiful Sharleen… I have loved every minute of working with your on our Full Moon Mummas and New Moon Goddess circles ❤️

But now is the time for me to hand them over. As much as it was hard to let you of, as I so love them…. Spirit has guided me in another direction and I must listen. Goddess Sharleen will be taking over these monthly circles moving forward and I will definitely be popping in to join as a participant from time to time!

For now I choose to listen and follow my souls alignment, to be open and ready for the next doors to open for me. I am forever grateful for you Sharleen, for all that we have created and the evolution we have journey together personally and professionally… and the best in yet to come!. Thank you to all the incredible women who have joined me as I held space for you, it has been an honour. I love you all and am so grateful for all you have taught me. A healing to assist & activate
LETTING GO. Hold the intention of
SURRENDER & TRUST when choosing to receive this healing. When we are holding on we create attachment. This week I got the message I was trying to control what the future looked like… I needed to LET GO. I had this tension pain right on my third eye and it still feels like a bruise when I touch it. My attachment to what the future may look like was limiting what I could possibly accept into my reality. It came through that I wouldn’t even recognize the miracles on there way or how they would be realized, I was limiting the magic trying to enter my reality.
Stop limiting what’s possible by trying to plan for what it is! SURRENDER & TRUST was my guidance to embody and meditate on… I hope this message serves those who read this as well ✨

Even with the most supportive partner in the world, there are times we feel alone in motherhood and crave support for other mothers. We no longer have a tribe raising a children and our souls still crave that support. To know you are not alone in it, that another feels the same way as you. Someone to tell you “you got this, you’re doing an amazing job” when you feel like you are failing at it all.

This full moon has been a powerful one, big things are being brought to the surface. It’s a Leo full moon and we are being called to step into our personal power. It’s the perfect time to come into circle and ceremony for release. The kids are settled back into school or kindy, the holiday season is over… there’s a lot so stress and tension we are holding… its time to realise this… To step into what we are being called to do.

@healing.minds.and.wellness and I hold this space for you to let go. To realise what no longer serves. We create a sacred container for you to come as you are, just you. We HOLD you and we SEE you. This is a circle of safety and support for women to show up at their happiest and at their ugliest. 7 years on and this video still makes me all teary and full of goosebumps. I love the life we have created together in our 14 years. Our evolution as individuals and as a couple blows me away.
